How quickly will you respond to a form submission?

What information should I have ready when I call?

Your address, the nature of the issue (AC not cooling, system not turning on, strange noise, etc.), the age of your system if you know it, and whether it is an emergency or a scheduled service request. That information lets us dispatch efficiently and give you an accurate ETA.

Do you provide free estimates?

For new system installations and replacements we provide free in-home estimates. For service and repair calls a diagnostic fee applies, which is credited toward the repair if you approve the work. The diagnostic fee and all repair pricing is disclosed before any work begins.

Can I get a quote over the phone?

For common repairs we can give you a general range over the phone based on your system description. An accurate flat-rate quote requires the technician to diagnose the system in person. We do not give phone quotes we cannot stand behind.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and checks. Financing is available on new system installations. Payment is collected at job completion — after the work is done and you have confirmed the invoice matches the quoted price.
